Friday, June 27^th    (Ann Arbor Pioneer HS)     

– Registration:  6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

- Rehearsal:      7:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Saturday, June 28^th (Hill Auditorium)

- Rehearsal:  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

- Catered Lunch:  12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

- Rehearsal:  1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Banquet:  (Holiday Inn North Campus)                  

6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Sunday, June 29^th  (Hill Auditorium)

- Dress Rehearsal:  12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- Performance:         3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Pre-Rehearsals

For those in the Ann Arbor area, 3 pre-rehearsals are planned for May 5, May 19 and June 2 (all Mondays) from 7:30-9:00 pm at Huron High School.

Banquet

The Chorale Alumni and Friends Banquet will be held at the Holiday Inn North Campus  [

Plymouth Rd

and US-23, 734-769-9800] from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008.  Attire is dressy casual – no coats or ties.  Cash bar will be available.

Concert Dress

Everyone:  Black Folder (for your music)

Men:

White long-sleeved shirt, Black or Dark Navy dress trousers.

Women:

White long- or medium-sleeved blouse, Black or Dark Navy long skirt or palazzo-style pants.

CD’s

Ø      Your Rehearsal CD is enclosed with your packet.
